I was impressed with the team work displayed by those physically doing the roofing. Start to finish in a single day. Justin Walters responded quickly with each question and did a stellar job in being the salesman/engineer/customer service contact. I am greatly impressed with his demeanor and customer focus. Frankly, I was initially shocked by the price but on further investigation I came to accept the price as an industry norm.
