There was no fraud or miscommunication. As we've mentioned many times while reading the contract and reviewing the total that was signed for. This was signed and approved by you prior to work even starting. The invoice matches the amount signed for. Our representatives have discussed this with you and we offered to help with the insurance process to further help you with minimizing your costs, yet you did not believe it would help or be worth it. Please review the copy of the contract. There was no fraud whatsever. You even gave us a 5 star review prior to seeing the final invoice, which indicates you were happy with the service, but not with paying the agreed amount.
