Changing review to a 1 star from 5 star. I'm a general contractor, used Tough Roofing for several houses, but they never finished the last house and won't return calls, texts, or voice mail. I've tried literally dozens of times to get a hold of them. I am filing a complaint with the CCB as well. It's sad as I really wanted to keep using them for future work.
