Hi, Ebony! Roofing can be a rough and dirty job, but we'd never want anyone's property damaged from work completed by our roof installation technicians. We confirmed that everything was cleaned up before the end of the day by the sales project manager who was on site that you spoke to, but we'd still like to make it up to you by crediting you for any damage and replacing the rose bush if necessary. Our Head of Sales has left you multiple voicemails and stopped at your home to leave his business card, but we're still waiting to hear back from you. We are a small family-owned business which has found success over the last forty years by owning its mistakes and doing whatever it can to fix them, which is why we've been trying to reach you to compensate you for the inconvenience or replace your rose bush free of charge.
