Incredibly reasonable cost and the entire team - from Mario the project manager, to Eric in the office, and all the office staff - communicated quickly, efficiently and regularly. Mario (project manager) was very professional, direct and straight to the point. Roof installers began around 7:45 am, worked continuously and hard (other than a very reasonable break for lunch) until 5pm. New roof and new attic fan were installed on same day. If you are thinking about a new roof, just hire them. Prices are reasonable too.
