We had our roof done by them and it came out fine. Then we wanted our leaky skylight to be fixed, as well. On the day we agreed to have it worked on, my family waited at home all day but nobody showed up and we did not receive any type of communication from them stating that they had to cancel/reschedule. That is not how a good business is run. {Note that we had already given them half the money upfront for the job that never took place.}
