Tresnak installed my new roof about 18months ago, and with the windstorm about a week ago, the chimney cap blew off. They responded promptly and sent an associate out, who diagnosed I needed a new cap and cheaper for me to buy and would replace. And so, did with no issue. I trust Tresnak and always will be my first call for anything related to their services. HIghly recommend them every time! :)
