I recently purchased a home that had a Tresnak roof done prior to me buying it. My first week in the home, we had a sideways rain in which we had a small amount of water coming through our ceiling fan and soffit in our living room. Know that it was a new roof, I reached out to Tresnak and they were out to address the issue the next day.
