Exactly two weeks of trying to contact them and only one reply. I guess they must be so busy the don't care for new business. Or maybe that's how they operate. I'd hate to have the roof installed by them run, into issues and not being able to get in touch. Definitely a red flag. They lost my business and more.

I obtained three quotes for roof and gutters replacement on my house. Two were from companies that had recently done roof work in my neighborhood, including Tresnak. I talked with both neighbors, who said that they were quite satisfied with the jobs these companies had performed. Therefore, I was confident that either company would do quality work. I need a roof vent for a bathroom exhaust fan. This was the most reasonable price out of 3 companies. They had great communication and completed the job sooner than I expected. Their employee, Earnest, completed the work, was incredibly nice and professional. He offered to hook up the duct work, which at the time I didnt need to have done but he explained how I should do when I was ready. There was no up sell, excessive service charges like I got from other companies. Highly recommend.

I got several quotes and they came in at the best price. They were also super professional, easy to work with, quick to answer all my questions, and the quality of the work was excellent. They also helped connected me with someone to repair my chimney before they started work on the roof. Great company. Highly recommend!

Worst company ever! It is amazing that where I have parts of my houses hanging down from their team not finishing the job, a gutter that looks like a sine wave and flashing that is dented or way oversized. Not to mention the trash in the yard they left. And when I called them to come out, they asked, "what seem to be the problem..." as they look at the horrible work they did.
