Working with Tresnak Roofing was very easy, from the first phone call, to final invoice. My roof looks beautiful and I can sleep with ease knowing my leaks are fixed and my roof is under warranty. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The crew completed the roof in one day and cleaned the area completely afterward.

Hi Dora, this was a fun project to really help bring some 'Wow' factor back to the curb appeal on the house with the CertainTeed Max Def Shingles. We use them for a reason and the colors on them beat almost any others along with the algae resistance on them. Glad we could help resolve the anxiety of leaks for you.

Tresnak did a good job on a roof shingle repair I had at my prior residence. However, it took a couple of weeks after acknowledgement of the quote request to schedule the appointment. I also do not appreciate them requiring payment on same day the bill was emailed - what if I was busy that day and wasn't able to get to the email right away? God forbid you even request a quote from them. I no longer own the home in question, but they've been pestering me about a quote I requested on another serv... Read more

Hi Stanley, we're glad you were happy with the repair work. It looks like we had you in the system a few times and missed merging the contact cards together. We should have this taken care of and didn't mean to bug you. In regards to the payment, we don't take money up front for repairs, and per the quotes it is payable on completion of the work. We understand life gets in the way and we have grace period so it's not due that same second we send it. I'll take a look to see if we can make this process more clear and also make sure our team works to clean up the duplicates in our system in the future.
