I called them for service and was told that it is a 400 dollar charge as that is what it usually costs to make a roof repair. Like most homeowners, I was very concerned about potential damage and agreed to this charge readily, and also because Tresnak had installed the roof many years ago. The guy that did the repair work (re-caulking a few nail pops) took approximately 20 minutes, sat out front of the house for about the same amount of time, and then I got the bill. Chris listened to and addressed all my concerns when he came to see the job and give an estimate. Work was performed when scheduled and done professionally. The crew also addressed one concern I had before leaving the site. All communication with Chris, and with Tresnak in general was clear with good documentation and follow up. I would highly recommend them for gutter replacement.

I was attracted to Tresnak based on their professionalism and clear cut estimate. It was more expensive than other quotes I received but I anticipated a more professional job to match the price. The example roofs they showed me looked good. The shingles look great but there was a lack of quality in the chimney flashing and drip edge installation, lots of gaping and messy caulking. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly. Each member of the staff and crew we interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They took extra care in making sure our property was thoroughly cleaned up after the roof was installed. We would highly recommend Tresnak!!
