From the estimate to scheduling through construction everyone I worked with was straightforward, helpful and prompt. Very upfront and transparent at every step, and affordable especially considering the quality of construction. Will update after gutter installation and a few good storms but I don't expect any issues to arise, and if they do I anticipate the same great service I got before.

Chris listened to and addressed all my concerns when he came to see the job and give an estimate. Work was performed when scheduled and done professionally. The crew also addressed one concern I had before leaving the site. All communication with Chris, and with Tresnak in general was clear with good documentation and follow up. I was attracted to Tresnak based on their professionalism and clear cut estimate. It was more expensive than other quotes I received but I anticipated a more professional job to match the price. The example roofs they showed me looked good. The shingles look great but there was a lack of quality in the chimney flashing and drip edge installation, lots of gaping and messy caulking.
