We had our roof and garage roof replaced by Tresnak and it wasn’t a great experience overall. The end result has been fine but it was a rough process. Their customer service is shockingly bad. They don’t return calls promptly or even the same day and have a lackadaisical, borderline disdainful attitude towards their customers.
