I did not find them exceptional. Tresnak was on time and swift but after completion I found nails and scrap in the gutters. They installed chimney flashing smaller than what was already there. This exposed unpainted brick and a caulk line.
Press board was used instead of plywood to replace decking. Roof line is visibly uneven. I had not noticed this before. My concerns did not receive much of a response from them.
What a beautiful job! I am so thrilled with the way my new roof looks. Chris came to my house personally, perused the roof, answered my many questions and quoted me a fair price which entailed more than other bids and was cheaper. This young man's obvious integrity and honesty induced me to go with Tresnak Construction. The most professional and friendly service, from the estimate, quote to work completed! Crew came in and replaced the complete roof in one day, cleaned everything around the house and followed up next day to ensure satisfaction. Tom, Chris and the whole crew were fantastic, highly recommend!
