We have a good experience with Tresnak. Reasonable price and no sale pitch (which is a huge win for us) no wasting time like other companies that we had for consultant which appreciated. Just a minor small things: we found nails (a hand full that I just picked it up) around the property after they’re done (we do have a toddler at home like to run around so this was a bit concerning) and the dumpster just left in our driveway for couple of days without any note/ communication of when to pick it ... Thank you so much for the review and for recommending us! We're thrilled that you appreciated our straightforward, no-pressure approach. However, I want to sincerely apologize for the nails left behind and the lack of communication regarding the dumpster. Our standard process is to have Leo come out the day after the crew leaves to do a final inspection and a second cleanup pass, but we clearly missed a handful here. We completely understand your concern, especially with a toddler running around. We would love to send someone back out to your property to run the magnetic sweep again just to give you total peace of mind. We're also addressing the dumpster communication with our team.
