I used Tresnak when I re-did my roof 2-years ago in March of 2024. I just recently had a leak last week through the recessed can lighting in my bathroom in the middle of the night and contacted them first thing the next morning. They were very nice and professional, and had someone come within 24-hours to look at the issue. We had our roof and garage roof replaced by Tresnak and it wasn’t a great experience overall. The end result has been fine but it was a rough process. Their customer service is shockingly bad. They don’t return calls promptly or even the same day and have a lackadaisical, borderline disdainful attitude towards their customers. Our records show that when these concerns were brought to our owner’s attention, he visited your home personally to rerun the magnetic sweep for nails and even assisted with moving heavy items to show our commitment to your satisfaction.
