Worst company ever to do business with. We lost track of the many initial salesman that were sent out to estimate the project. Many promises were made and none were kept. They offered to install our facia board with qualified carpenter labor but they don't employ any there and the roofing crew butchered it badly. the foreman admitted they were not qualified to do this carpentry but did it anyway. I had an excellent meeting with Crystal very informative with the information on my Roofing gutters and plywood being replaced also explain to me about a ventilation system that we probably needed to add I hope that I will be able to work with this company and Crystal as soon as I can I highly recommend them
I scheduled Tristate Roofing to come and do an estimate, we agreed on a time slot, waited for the sales representative or technician, but no one showed up. I called and was told they couldn't come.
