I scheduled Tristate Roofing to come and do an estimate, we agreed on a time slot, waited for the sales representative or technician, but no one showed up. I called and was told they couldn't come. (No one informed me of not coming until I called). So I went with another business, who came on time gave estimate and I booked them, work finished. We order windows from Pella and TSR were contracted to install them. After the windows were replaced, one of the large windows started leaking. We let the company know. They sent some one out to fix it but they didn't have the correct equipment, he said he would contact us to fix it but he has been ghosting us for a month. TSR has not helped solve this issue. Tristate Roofing, make this right.

Tristan beard came out and was amazing. He went through all the options and took his time answering the questions we had. He took photos to show us what he saw which we appreciated and was kind and professional.
