Tristian and Chris were on time, friendly, thorough, and professional. They explained all four roof types, answering our questions along the way, and ensured we understood everything.
At this point I can only review the salesperson with whom we signed the contract. Our contract is for a total new roof to include replacing shiplap with plywood in the attic interior through exterior shingles . The actual work will not be performed until June, 2022.
Sean, the salesperson who came to our home was thorough, accommodating, and answered our questions. We have high hopes and look forward to having the work done. Will update this review upon completion of the project.
April Johnson was the representative who came to my home. She was so knowledgeable about the company and the different roofing products. If I was in a better position financially, I would have absolutely bought through her and TriState.
