I was very pleased with the service regarding the bid that I decided to use their services to do the replacement.
I would recommend chatting with the sales rep Jayson..he made the process less painful and was without any pressure. He answered all my questions and explained how it will happen when the windows arrive at his facility.
Shane Reaves was very down to earth, professional, knowlegable, friendly. He was easy to talk with, and explained how their windows operated, and showed us their better quality and performance compared to other window brands. He also showed us the Washington State Labor and Industries website. Which highlighted their company. Very transparent. A good presentation overall.
