A toppled tree limb damaged our skylight & roof this winter. April looked it over and assured us we could replace it without going broke in the process. She was kind and understanding of our concerns. A new roof was not in the plans for at least 10 more years. She showed us our options and it turned out we could finance a roof & skylight for payments we can handle.
