After an initial bobble of communication about scheduling, the work was completed in one day. The crew was extremely conscientious about cleaning up and not damaging anything.
We are early in our roof installation process but so far we have been pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, and honesty throughout the process. We have yet to have to roof installed. At this point we have had our estimate and completed paperwork.
Shane was great to work with. He was very thorough and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products. We’re excited to work with TriState for our roof replacement.
We called for a quote on a recommendation from family. Dan Edmonds showed up friendly and on time. Showed us pictures of the attic and the issues with that. Walked around and showed us issues with the outside. Spent time going over options and features for the different roofs. After dealing with another company years ago this was so much better!
