Very unprofessional company.
It's taken me a while to write this as it is my first ever negative review but I feel a responsibility to do so. We had our our roof, windows and siding done by Truehome. John was a nice guy and we felt confident that the work would be performed well and professionally. He said that either he or his son would be on the job site daily. They were not. I had TrueHome recently replace the roof on my house and they did a terrific job. Throughout the process they were very easy to work with and friendly. The day of the job, they showed early to prep the area below the roof and to make sure everything was covered so falling debris wouldn't hit our windows and siding. I even saw one of the roofers cleaning leaves out of the gutter, which was unexpected, and a bonus. Highly recommend.
