I had TrueHome recently replace the roof on my house and they did a terrific job. Throughout the process they were very easy to work with and friendly. The day of the job, they showed early to prep the area below the roof and to make sure everything was covered so falling debris wouldn't hit our windows and siding. I even saw one of the roofers cleaning leaves out of the gutter, which was unexpected, and a bonus. Highly recommend.

Replaced a roof back in October 2021 with TrueHome for my 4-family. Roof looks good and I'm sure it's quality. I'm still waiting on them to purchase a bender tool to finish the metal fascia which was in my contract quote. Communication has dropped off and every response in "in a couple weeks". Several months later I just want to say don't pay it all up front. Such a small part left to do and I've given up. Also, still finding nails on my driveway til this day. So I had seven different roofers come in before true home came to see my roof. Every other company came in with a doom and gloom how awful my roof was and how I need a lot of work to get it done. When Doug from truehome came here to look At my roof he was nice and calm. He told me not to worry he seem worse roofs And did not come here with the doom and gloom of all the other roofers. Very happy with the work done and the professional demeanor of the staff. They gave me a written estimate, and fit in the work for my roof earlier than expected. They also faced windy conditions when they did the roof, which made it tough. I would use them again, and would recommend them as well.

Thanks for the review Don. It’s not an ideal time to replace a roof but sometimes it’s a must like in your case since you had leaking and we had to coordinate with the solar panel removal. We’re glad you’re happy with everything!
