I got a same day response to my request, followed by a visit, evaluation, and quote. The work was done within the week. The job prior to mine was bigger than expected and I received a call letting me know this so I wouldn't be waiting and wondering. When the crew arrived, they were very polite, efficient, and John went over the installation with me so I would understand how my roof vent worked. I was very happy with the work and service. Highly recommended.
John, Nick and the crew were great. Did a thorough inspection complete with photos. John drew up a plan that was very reasonably priced to stop the water intrusion around our chimney. He scheduled the repair promptly. Very neat work and thanks for your help. Highly recommend them.
