Picked up all materials. Offered services such as free color consult. Project mgr maintained daily contact and prompt answers for questions. Utilized 2 painters and 1 carpenter. Work included:
Installed and painted baseboards/shoes throughout 1st floor and hallways.
Painted walls and ceilings for 1st floor (3 rooms) and stairs/hallways.
Provided significant drywall repairs and painting bringing it to like new appearance.
