I purchased a very expensive 2 stage American Standard HVAC unit from UHC&P in 2020 which never provided the efficiency or comfort that I was promised. I requested multiple service calls over 3.5 years but the techs didn't seem to understand their own product. I finally demanded an installation expert check out the programming and was told the unit was wired incorrectly as a 1 stage. Mark was superb installing our heating and cooling unit. He worked nonstop to finish his work and had a helper who also worked along side of Mark. You are lucky to have a man like him working for United Heating and Cooling, he gets the job done.

There is never a good time for your furnace to go out but mine went out with single digit temperatures expecting. I had another company come out to give me a price to fix it and decided it wasn't worth spending that much money on a 20 year old furnace. I had several companies come out to quote a new furnace.
