Poor product. We've had multiple calls to maintenance on our HVAC which is less than 5 years old, with the unit going out on hot days two times. They upped their price for the preventative maintenance plan (which doesn't appear to be preventing issues) and now only come once a year (instead of spring and fall) yet they charge the same price as they did when they came out spring/ and fall. Disappointed a brand new HVAC has had ANY issues in 5 years, when it's been properly maintained.

I use United to purchase & install a new furnace & AC. I could not have chosen a company that I liked better. All employees that I worked with treated so much better than many of the people that have done work for me in the past. Way overpriced. The plumber showed up within an hour of my call which I appreciated. I had him replace a pressure reducing valve and an outdoor faucet and two air hammer arresters. He added about 10 feet of copper piping and a few copper fittings to connect it together. I was charged $1000. I was given an estimate before he did the work and I agreed to the price but it's way overpriced.
