I purchased a very expensive 2 stage American Standard HVAC unit from UHC&P in 2020 which never provided the efficiency or comfort that I was promised. There is never a good time for your furnace to go out but mine went out with single digit temperatures expecting. I had another company come out to give me a price to fix it and decided it wasn't worth spending that much money on a 20 year old furnace. I had several companies come out to quote a new furnace.
