I just had a great experience with United Heating Cooling & Plumbing. They responded to an emergency on my water heater. The technician (Nick) was professional, energetic, and polite. Always kept me up to date on the project, pricing, and ensured he met all of our needs. In less than 1.5 hours, my house had hot water and faulty parts were replaced. Had an issue with my furnace, the burner would not stay on to heat. Ben came out, figured out, it was the control board, was going to order me one. I guess before he left, he looked in the back of his Van, and had a Universal board, that he didnt know was there (or forgot was there).. He came back, knocked, said lets try this..It worked ! Ben actually called me the next day, to ask if everything was working. I told him, yep, all's good...Good employee, did a great job ! Thenks Ben...!
