I have used this company for furnace maintenance for years. When we felt we needed to replace our 19 year old furnace Rob came out and gave us a bid promptly. Two very nice young men came out to install it. They answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They also helped us download the “Jetson’s “ like phone app! They respectfully wore masks at my request. In general, I felt comfortable with them in my home.

We are a regular customer for Heating and Cooling. Recently tried to get a plumber out to deal with a serious problem needing immediate attention and was told they could come out after Thanksgiving, over 10 days from now! Some plumbers!

John came out with a good overview of what the work would entail with a cost. The tech, Justin, made contact with us and was at the house in 20 mins. Got our new A/C unit and A-Coil installed, tested and explained to me, what he did. Great job and very happy with the work. Just a note, though. John mentioned bringing out 3 bags of mulch to work in around the new base. Justin must not have gotten the word, but I’m still happy with everything else.
