I’ve used United for ductwork install, chimney liner replacement, repair of AC and most recently installation of a complete AC and furnace replacement. The technicians they use are professional and the services are reasonably priced. The two guys who did the AC and furnace install worked in 100 degree heat to get the job done. No complaints. Our old house needs someone like them. Highly recommended.

Their field team is great, very helpful on plumbing and HVAC. Their office, dispatch and billing is disorganized and just not great. Can't send bills to the correct addresses and half the time mess up notes in service calls so the poor field team is having to adapt. The field is what ultimately matters but be prepped for a consistent headache on all other parts.

I had no idea what to do when our AC went out. I remembered United and called them. Tech came the next day and told me a new AC was need and the service department would help get everything setup. From my first time talking with Mark I knew I made the right decision to use United. No pressure just gave me options to choose from in my price range. 1. Our air broke in the middle of the night, United was able to come out the same day! 2. Frank was very respectful, showed me what was broken on our air conditioner, told me what he was fixing, why it broke. He cleaned it up and fixed it, was done in about 40 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness, the professionalism and overall great quality!
