I recently bought a home that had an older outside unit from United heating and cooling. Naturally, I call them to service the unit once it began having issues. I called and had someone come out same day ( a weekend) as an after hours emergency visit. The tech who came was incredibly short with me and was only looking to sell a new unit.He asked to used the bathroom which was inappropriate as it wasn't a quick use. Jake showed up on time, got right to work installing water heater. Had to adapt to our set up and did it with no fuss or waste. When testing he found the ignition switch on the pilot was defective. While I was talking to the manufacturer he went into his truck and found one that worked. HIs initiative was most appreciated, as was his offer to take away the old water heater and cardboard box. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Great experience. Process was flawless. Set up schedule. Contacted me day before the install date to confirm. They arrived early and installed the HVAC units in a matter of hours. Highly recommend. Updated Review - Since the original install, we've had a few issues with the outside unit and United has had to come out to service it twice.
