First call was scheduled for 12-5. They showed at 8:03 am. I asked for afternoon because I had a doctor's appointment. They determined I needed a new water tank. He didn't even give me options on brand & size, just quoted a price & the one I bought from them 5 years ago had a crack! He told me they'd be back the next morning as a 1st appt.
