I have used this company for furnace maintenance for years. When we felt we needed to replace our 19 year old furnace Rob came out and gave us a bid promptly. Two very nice young men came out to install it. They answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They also helped us download the “Jetson’s “ like phone app! They respectfully wore masks at my request. In general, I felt comfortable with them in my home.
This company is fabulous. We've used them for years. They are helpful when you call, they're on time when they arrive, they always have the nicest people who work for them, and they provide a great service at a reasonable price. If you're looking for someone to take care of your plumbing or HVAC, this is your team!
John came out with a good overview of what the work would entail with a cost. The tech, Justin, made contact with us and was at the house in 20 mins. Got our new A/C unit and A-Coil installed, tested and explained to me, what he did. Great job and very happy with the work.
Just a note, though. John mentioned bringing out 3 bags of mulch to work in around the new base. Justin must not have gotten the word, but I’m still happy with everything else.
