They broke the CPVC pipe under the concrete when they cleaned out my sewer line. I had to pay to get the concrete torn up and the pipe replaced. I paid "cost" for THEIR mistake which should have cost me $0. Not only did they break this pipe but they insinuated that I somewhere caused it, which I DID NOT. Do business with this company at your own risk.

I just had service from United and had to replace the control board. The technical service was great but the pricing from the company was outrageous. The cost they charged was over ~648 dollars and I can buy the same board, 50A65-475 White Rogers board on Amazon from $106 to $138 dollars. Using the $138 cost that about a 370% markup. Anyone reading this can look up this number for yourself to validate.
