Technician did not come prepared. We indicated when the service call was set up that we needed a new filter for the air scrubber, and even gave the model number of the scrubber. The tech didn't have the filter on the truck and admitted that he had not looked at the notes for the call. He had to come back later that afternoon, so we had to be here most of the day waiting for the full call to be finished.
Nina, I am so sorry that was the experience you received. We strive to have great customer service and am disappointed to see you did not receive that. We will make sure your concerns are addressed.
I have used United several times, the last of a long string of plumbers in my search for a good one. This time, the city water line broke, and United came asap to locate the break under the street for them, assuring me it was not my responsibility. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and very nice from office to repair person. Recommend!
