We have been United for over 20 years. Recently we needed their service to repair a gas pipeline from our fireplace. Our service rep was Blaine C. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained in detail the work he needed to do to correct the problem. We were very pleased with the results.
The Service Tech was very professional and personable. I knew was the right guy for my job when he was greeted at my door by my two dogs and they took to him right away. Not generally the case when a stranger comes to our door.
Technicians were friendly, professional and had great insights on the furnace in our home. Very impressed.
I would have given United Heating 5 stars but there time window is just too wide. Between 12:00-6:00, and he got to the house around 6:00.
Once the technician got there he was great. He remembered our house from his previous visit. He informed me of everything he did, and why.gave a lot of helpful tips for maintaining the life of the furnace. He put on his shoe covers before coming in and he was just so kind and professional at the same time.
Other then the time issue, the service was great.
