1. Our air broke in the middle of the night, United was able to come out the same day! 2. Frank was very respectful, showed me what was broken on our air conditioner, told me what he was fixing, why it broke. He cleaned it up and fixed it, was done in about 40 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness, the professionalism and overall great quality!

Jake showed up on time, got right to work installing water heater. Had to adapt to our set up and did it with no fuss or waste. When testing he found the ignition switch on the pilot was defective. While I was talking to the manufacturer he went into his truck and found one that worked. HIs initiative was most appreciated, as was his offer to take away the old water heater and cardboard box. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Great experience. Process was flawless. Set up schedule. Contacted me day before the install date to confirm. They arrived early and installed the HVAC units in a matter of hours. Highly recommend. Updated Review - Since the original install, we've had a few issues with the outside unit and United has had to come out to service it twice.
