Anthony, just happened to be in our basement doing our cooling maintenance when he heard water drips behind him coming from the ceiling. He immediately got my attention so we began looking for the source. He suggested a bucket. Check. He and my husband pulled the dryer out to look at the washer faucet connections on 1st floor. We got bids from several companies but found United to be the most reasonable. John, salesman, was very responsive and knowledgeable. He provided us with several options and explained them well.
