3/10/21 - I had 2 new HVAC systems installed today Kyle and Isaac were fantastic. They new their trade and worked very efficiently. Both systems were installed in 1 day. I could not be happier. John who sold me the equipment did not push the most expensive system on me but recommended a less expensive one. All of my contact with United is very positive. They're always honest and don't try to sell something that you don't need. Highly recommended.

5 year old home 7 visits from United, each time providing outstanding customer service however forced to work with inferior parts. 5 year old home now on my third blower motor and hamster wheel. dual zone continues to be a problem... received a call from Mgr, Joey Mannino. WOW! over the top customer service, stayed on the phone allowing me to vent, assuring me that he will get to the bottom of my issues. hats off to United keep up the great work.

After 21 years of service, our heat pump/ac unit finally bit the dust during a very hot & humid period. We waited through several days in order to have reps from several major contractors provide us with new system proposals and costs. Tempting to jump on the first one and just get the darn AC back on, but we're glad we waited. Brian York designed very effective ductwork for my attic air handler and air conditioner to solve difficult problems caused by another company.
