Not that I truly know how the service is but from having an encounter with a gentleman that works for them, I would definitely call this company if I had an issue. I did not catch the guys name that I spoke with at QT this morning but this gentleman is caring and willing to help anyone.

Our A/C has just gone out AGAIN...on this warm evening in our family home of 2 adults & 2 girls of age 2 & 8! - After United installed a new compressor nearly ONE YEAR AGO!
