had plumbing and HVAC service. Plumbing called ahead 2 and 2 techs came out early. Both service techs were very friendly, but rushed the appointment. One toilet tended to run longer than it should after flushing and they did not identify that. I had to ask them about it. They left without turning back on the hot water heater. Spring A/C maintenance: Tech called an hour earlier than time window, and called the wrong person. Luckily I was home [sick] so it was ok that he was early. We bought a new home that United installed the HVAC system in. When we scheduled them for annual maintenance they were horrible to work with. Called in November but couldn't get an appointment until late January then the wanted us to stay home all day and wait on them! Then they didn't even provide a decent service. Didn't install filter, or humidifier filter. Then they would adjust air ducts! Also, they were charged more than any other service provider! We will never use them again!
