I was first call of the day the tech called 30 minutes before showing up and was right on time. I was having a furnace check up. He took things apart cleaned , inspected and answered all my questions I had. This was the first time I've used United and couldn't be happier.

We have a maintenance plan. They always call ahead and send the same employee so he know our set up.
Blain Cantrell was here on a plumbing call. He called in advance and was here on time. He fixed our plumbing issue (toilet leak) and also checked the hardness of our water as requested. He further explained what it would take to add a water softener in our home. He was both courteous and helpful. I was pleased with this service call.
