Furnace went out and called United. They said they could get there the next afternoon (this was on a cold day when no one else could). Supposed to be there between noon and 5pm. Called frequently to let me know they were running late because of the number of calls. The technician that came out (Donald) was very professional and made the repair quickly. They are VERY professional and would highly recommend.

I have used United almost exclusively over the past 20 years and what I appreciate about them is their honesty. There have been times I was convinced I was going to need a new furnace but the technician gave furnace a good cleaning and it worked fine until I sold last house. Additionally, any time they have to come back out for the same issue, they never charge me an additional fee except and unless they end up having to put new part on the furnace (or hot water heater as happened recently). Excellent service! I called in the morning and had a plumber (Blain) here in the afternoon. Blain was professional and answered all my questions with a smile. This was my first time using United and we will call them from now on!!

If there were a way to give zero stars, I surely would! United installed a heat pump/AC and back up furnace in our home 9 years and 9 months ago. Since that time, we have had to have technicians come out at least 30 times for repair - no exaggeration! They were out about 10 times in the first 5 months before someone finally figured out that there had been a problem with installation.
