Our furnace quit working so my son referred me to United Heating and Cooling. The tech that came to my house today(Chad B.) was very professional and efficient. After checking and checking he figured out what the problem was and had it running quickly. I really appreciate that he didn't give up and kept looking. He could have given up but didn't. Chad is an asset to the company and does excellent work. If we need help again, I would request him if possible. Thank You
