Thermocouple went out on my dad's furnace. I called United to schedule a technician to service it @ 9:30 am. Said they could be out between noon & 5 pm. Thirty minutes later they called and said a technician could be out within the hour. Chad was very professional, stuck with the job. It was a Coleman brand furnace from 1971 in a mobile home. I have to edit my posting that I made 2 years ago. I wanted to remain loyal to a company that has done a good job with my heating/cooling needs, but my experiences with their plumbing division have only been 50% positive.
