I have used United almost exclusively over the past 20 years and what I appreciate about them is their honesty. There have been times I was convinced I was going to need a new furnace but the technician gave furnace a good cleaning and it worked fine until I sold last house. Additionally, any time they have to come back out for the same issue, they never charge me an additional fee except and unless they end up having to put new part on the furnace (or hot water heater as happened recently). United installed our HVAC during construction, and we have used them for regular maintenance ever since. We have never had any problems with the service, and the technicians that have been to our home have always been very courteous and helpful.
