We have a maintenance contract for our heating & air conditioning. This company is great to work with. They are clear on what they will do, and explain all items so that you know what is going on. It is great to have a reminder call, and also a call when the service person is about 30 minutes away. Mark W is a great service person and we are very pleased.
We have had problems from the start. Sure would like to know when they will be able to finish up. 66 degrees in basement, 74 degrees upstairs. Condensation problem that no one seems to know how to solve.
