Jeremy with United was great! He was so helpful coming to our home in the coldest of weather and braving our crawl space to repair a burst pipe. Super friendly and very quick and efficient! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

A snow storm with extreme cold temps was on its way. I noticed the heater was struggling so I called United. Travis Ford came to save my bacon and get the system running properly before the inclement weather struck. He was thorough and stayed until he’d taken care of everything.
