Paul provided excellent service
My furnace was having poor performance and Paul got it back to into great shape. He cleaned out obstructing spiderwebs, checked gas flow, and exhaust safety. He gave me tips to keep it running well such as by changing the air filter. It was prompt and at a good price.
The service department is very fast, very professional, friendly, and neat. Paul was out to the house today to complete some warranty work. He proved to be a great ambassador for United.
