A snow storm with extreme cold temps was on its way. I noticed the heater was struggling so I called United. Travis Ford came to save my bacon and get the system running properly before the inclement weather struck. He was thorough and stayed until he’d taken care of everything. As I was nursing a very bad cold I was so grateful for his excellent service. Thank you Travis!
