Matt Rhodes serviced our AC and heating systems and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For both appointments we had him for he went the extra mile to explain the nuances of our hvac system and the air flow throughout our home, the condition of the parts, and helpful information for how we can take care of our hvac system better. Really appreciated the extra information he took the time to explain, we'll be sticking with United for all of our future maintenance!
