United installed the HVAC system in our new home, they did a great job. There were some manufacturing wiring issues that they had to come out and trouble shoot. Our tech, Paul, did a great job. He was methodical and found the issues quickly. He was very patient with all my questions regarding the heat pump and how it worked as I have not ever had a system with a heat pump before. Appreciated their responsiveness and their professionalism.
