United was fantastic with their handling of trouble shooting a strong natural gas smell in my house. Came out the day I called them. Had to turn off gas (so no heat or hot water when below freezing outside). Ended up being a problem with the exhaust vent on the roof. They came & fixed that the next day. Technicians were courteous & quick, and answered all of my questions. Very happy with this service call & the technicians.
